Four Seasons is a family-run village set in the heart of rural Devon within easy reach of Dartmoor and Exmoor and both the North and South Coasts.

It comprises of a select development of Luxury Lodges which is just large enough to create a pleasant family atmosphere with emphasis on personal service, but devoid of the noise, queues and anonymity found in larger complexes. The Managers live on site and are always available to ensure a pleasant and trouble free environment.

An open air heated swimming pool and pleasant leisure area is provided free for the enjoyment of all our home owners and family - a sun trap on favourable days.

The Hayloft Club with its friendly licensed bar has an adjoining recreation lounge and Short Mat bowls is also played there.

Well behaved dogs are welcomed on the park, but we do ask that they are kept under control and not allowed to spoil other guests enjoyment and freedom.

The surrounding area abounds with things to do. There is fishing for salmon, sea and brown trout on the rivers Taw and Torridge and course fishing at Stafford Moor, the West Country's leading fishery. Windsurfing is available at several resorts and also at Meldon Lake on Dartmoor. The village of Winkleigh is quaint and scenic with a grocery shop, newsagents, butchers, post office and two public houses. It also has a new sports centre and tennis courts and there are local golf courses.

Owning your own holiday lodge makes last minute weekends a reality, so if the weather's fine you can just jump in the car and everything will be waiting for you. Just arrive and enjoy! And, when you set off for home you can leave your holiday things in Devon ready for next time. It's so easy it becomes second nature.
Furthermore, you will have none of the usual responsibilities that come with owning a second home. You don't need to worry about it being left empty when you are not there, or having problems undetected for months.   Gloucestershire Park Homes are very proud of their new development of luxury lodges at Winkleigh, in Devon.  These are available for use 11 and a half months a year. The last week in January and first week in February are closed.

To ensure that each home retains individual character they are placed at angles not in lines and are comfortable spaced apart. Adjacent to each home is a paviered drive and path to the front door.

The homes are of modern or cottage style with 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms, fitted kitchens, utility rooms, en-suite shower or bathrooms and some have a study.
